I applied through college or university. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at BlackRock (New York, NY)
Interview
Applied through campus recruiting portal and completed a HireVue interview as well as a 30-minute video interview before being invited to the New York office for a superday. Some of the people I met with were friendly, but much of the process felt very impersonal and detached. I rarely spoke with an actual recruiter; most of it was automated. I never got reimbursed for the $100+ worth of cabs that I had to use to go between the office and the airport, despite filling out the proper form and going through the correct channels. Communication was not great, which surprised me for such a highly regarded company.

Got rejected after the video interview. Not a very tricky question should be able to prepare for easily. Make sure you have read up on the company and are aware what distinguishes them from their competition.
