BlackRock Analyst interview questions

There were multiple rounds of back to back interviews online. The final round had two interviewers per session. The questions were pretty straight forward and typical of an interview. Interviewers were very kind, but they had little knowledge of the hiring process for the role. Very poor communication from multiple HR members too.

I had about four rounds of interviews. I spoke twice with the person who was supposed to be my manager. The questions were very general and not very technical. Like tell me a situtaiton in which etc etc
