BlackRock Associate interview questions

4 rounds of the interview, the whole process lasted for one month. What’s more, after 3 weeks passed, HR told me that the final result still didnt come out…..The hiring manager is great and nice. However, HR is really slow and hard to communicate…..

Takes over 1 month to get over with HR interviews and written test, contacted HR for feedback and received the results within one week. Overall friendly, but the timeline is too long
