BlackRock Benchmark Performance Analyst interview questions

There were two interviews only as it was a contract. I didn't find the interview process scary at all, the interviewers were friendly and easy going. The first interview was with the person I was going to report into, and the general manager of the department. The second interview was with the person I was going to report into and the person who was going to train me and I was going to work with mostly. Each interviews was short and to the point.
