BlackRock Client Services Manager interview questions

I've interviewed with Blackrock 5 times. Each time is the same thing. Phone interview, they love you. Want you in the next day for an in-person interview. You get the interview in which you speak to on to three people. Waste up to 2 hours of your day. Then you receive the, " Our client would love you, we wan't you to come back again tomorrow after they review resumes. We will call you back no later than 4:30 to give you a final time for tomorrow. The call never comes. And if you call them back they act like they don't know who you are and they've never talked you you.
