BlackRock Director interview questions

I had a phone screen and an interview with the hiring manager. I followed-up multiple times and never received a definitive answer one way or another. The salary noted in their description was significantly lower than their actual range.

Did not ask any relevant questions about work experience or previous roles. For a senior position, I would have expected more of a dialog, and not just a recap of the position
