BlackRock Graduate Program interview questions

After having applied online and having submitted a virtual cover letter (pre-recorded interview) I have been called to sustain a 1:1 interview. This selection step was made by two phone interviews lasting around 30 minutes each, with two people of the same team. I had the chance to select my preferred slot few days before the interview day.
