Interview
They communicate with you via HireVue, instead of HR. Hirevue, their video interview system is very ambiguous of how to use it during the in-person video interview - this could have been improved through actual contact from HR - not an automated message from HireVue saying the interview may have more than one person and no further details. It sucks that technical issues that could have been avoided through actual HR contact would have made my interview so much better for both parties.

Interview
The interview process was not too bad. There was an initial pre-recorded video interview where you were asked why BlackRock, talk about a time you were innovative. Then I received a video interview. I was asked questions about my resume and talked a little about financial news/what I thought about it. I think the next step was SuperDay but I was not invited.

Applied through the graduate website, done numerical and then got an interview offer after a week. Went done to the office in London and they asked me the classics: why blackrock, why asset management, tell me about a time when you showed leadership skills, how is your team working skills...
