BlackRock Internship interview questions

They communicate with you via HireVue, instead of HR. Hirevue, their video interview system is very ambiguous of how to use it during the in-person video interview - this could have been improved through actual contact from HR - not an automated message from HireVue saying the interview may have more than one person and no further details. It sucks that technical issues that could have been avoided through actual HR contact would have made my interview so much better for both parties. Basic questions: Why your school? Why your major? Why BlackRock?
