I applied through college or university. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at BlackRock (Gurgaon, Haryana) in Sep 2016
Interview
1. There was a test which was organised by eLitmus. Easy test but requires excellent time management. A lot of people were selected from the first round.
2. They had decided already there would be 2 interviews, and they only came for 6 months internship, following which a few people would be given permanent positions.
3. Interviews were good, there was one HR round and one Technical round, although they did manage to squeeze in non-technical, HR questions between the HR round.
4. A little confusion and hesitation that arrived from my side was that there were no exact criteria they were looking as to whom to hire and who not to, because usually if a technical company comes, they only look at your tech and how your brain wraps around that sphere only, same is tech case for financial/consulting companies.

Question 1
1. Projects. Learn them and be ready to describe them thoroughly.
