I applied through college or university. 1st round was held in mid-August while the remaining rounds were conducted within a week. 3 Rounds minimum - 1st - Aptitude+Techincal This round was held via E-Litmus and covered basic questions related to quants, logical and technical aptitude. Time is of utmost importance here. 2nd - Technical Interview It covered the fundamentals of almost every domain that you're supposed to know as a CSE grad. They usually ask your area of expertise and grill you on that and then slowly delve into other domains, especially DSA and OOPS. Having your basics clear is all they require. 3rd - HR I cleared Technical Interview and was immediately escorted for the HR. It was a fairly simple HR with the same usual questions such as - about yourself, why blackrock, asking about college, etc. I was asked to wait for a while. They conducted a few more HR rounds for some candidates, most probably to clear any doubts they might have about a candidate. They selected 16 out of 40 students. Sad thing I wasn't one of them.
