Question 1
The manager give you a credit loan portfolio and 500 variables, how could you decide whether credit loan is good or bad?
You have run the simple regression on one variable, and it is not significant. But you run a multiple regression, and find it is significant with other candidate variables. How do you explain this? How would choose it?
Interview process involves 3 recorded video interviews. When submitting an application, you have the opportunity to apply to 2 roles. If one of these roles is located in a foreign country, then the first recorded interview would need to be in that country's primary language.

Interview
After completing the online test, I was asked to take a pre-recorded interview. In the pre-recorded interview, they had two questions which were quite straightforward. For each question, you have 2 minutes to think and 1.5 minutes to answer. I applied for the programme analyst in two different sectors had thus had two pre-recorded interviews. However, both asked the same questions.

Interview
The interview process was quick, it took 2 weeks for the entire process.
People seemed to be nice and easy to talk with during an interview. All questions were general questions, company culture, why BlackRock etc.
