Applied online. Online interview. On-site interviews in SF 2 weeks later that included one round (mostly behavioral) on Thurs with 2 interviewers and got a call for the final round on Friday with 4 interviewers. I really liked the team and the innovation-oriented culture. Final round was definitely way more technical. Afterwards, I waited for a week before getting the offer through HR's phone call on the following Monday.

HireVue then 3 part superday. All interviews were a mix of technical and behavioral but mostly behavioral and market-based. Interviews were over a 4 hour period and with employees from different offices

Interview
The Hirevue questions were all behavioral, no tell me about yourself or why blackrock. Questions were pretty simple. Prepare a financial news story you are following because they will ask you that.
Hireview is preparation and then one time recording, which is from memory 3 minutes long. There was only 3 questions for me and most of it related to the role instead of purely just asking why blackrock or why this role.
