Online test- cleared then got invite to attend Hiring event. Disorganized process. I wasn't aware how many rounds I have to face, neither was I informed before what to expect.Candidates much at least be informed on how many rounds. My resume was uploaded into the website 1 year ago so it was older resume and recruiter didn't even bother to ask for an updated resume. So, on super day interviewers had hard time understanding my work experience. And, one interviewers also started mocking on my work-experience. It was awkward when in interview room, I was asked if I had a paper+pen to write answers, common when you call a candidate at least keep all these things handy. Out of 4 only 2 interviewers were clear with what they want to ask me. The other two kept on flipping question without giving me enough time to even speak. One interviewer started babbling about himself for 25 mins in a 45 mins interview and then asked me to code anything I know and this was so vague to me. At least when you call a candidate you should be prepared about what questions needs to be asked to the candidate. They don't pay for travel thats ok but when someone has given time and effort to come onsite, such unprepared interviewers just ruin the essence of interview high the process must be made more organized and please let smart interviewers take an interview. I would highly recommend that interviewers must be trained on how to take an interview because it was so weird. Even if I would be selected I would think 10 times before accepting offer after facing such type of interview process. Tips to candidates: Leet code easy+medium must be enough to crack it, but from what I appeared I believe they already make up their minds as to whom to hire and just call others for name sake. Make sure you know all on your resume. Total 4 rounds - 1:1 Know little bit about company+values. Go thru basic problem solving + algorithms.
