Three round interview process. First round was over the phone with an HR representative - typical resume walk-thru with 10min of Q&A at the end. Second round met with four team members (2 associates, 1 ED and 1 MD) for 30min each. Associates had me walk them thru my resume and spent the remainder of the time asking questions about my current position. ED tested me on basic fixed income concepts and left 15 min of Q&A. MD tested me on the current macro environment and specifically asked what areas within fixed income were compelling and where rates were going. Third round met with ED and MD again for 30mins each. Both interviews were fairly laid back and were offered to me as an opportunity to ask questions about the role, firm, team, etc. I was a little surprised by the laid back nature of the third round. The entire process was much more laid back than any other firms.
