had a phone screen, then called in for onsite at SF office.
Involved vidoe conferencing with couple of folks in London office and NY office, and 2 ppl at SF office.
Most of the questions inovlved were pretty basic - algorithms - searching, hash maps, sql, java and c++.
Never called back even after 2 weeks, I kept checking with the HR every week for the next 5 weeks and standard response was "The team hasn't made a decision yet". I had another offer and informed the HR and she said "they don't want to go ahead with your candidacy at this point".

There was no HR interview only tehnical intreview, Interviewer were really shay and if they ask question they will not follow up for example I say if I I will sort string character then make string then check hash to see if they are anagram They ask me what you mean hash?
Like what I mean hash I start talking about hash and how it function in Java after that there was awkward silence. Without any follow ups, like it's was correct or not
