Interview
Very smooth interview process and all interviewers were extremely friendly and helpful. First two interviews with analysts were 30mins each and mostly competency based. Some questions about tech. At the next stage 2 interviews with directors I was asked mostly about how I cope with stress, solve problems with tech, why Aladdin, why BR etc. Then, there was a maths test and I had to hold a presentation.

- explain a derivative
- pitch me Aladdin (plus subsequent questions a potential client might ask)
- one part was 15 mins where they ask you 5 maths questions and you have to probe them for more info
- had to hold a presentation

Interview
I did an HR phone screening, it was nothing much, just asked general questions (like background)
Then I got the interview in person. It was quite easy, not too pressured
The interviewers told me what the job was about, what their roles were, etc.
At the end, they provided me a feedback: I don't have direct experience in the financial industry (so would you invite me in to this round)

Worst HR I’ve ever dealt with. Extremely slow. My whole application process took over 6months. The colleagues were understanding and I ended up contacting the hiring manager over linkedin as HR were unresponsive about interview results.
