Interview
I sent in an initial application and then was invited to complete an automated video interview. Next, I had a skype interview with one team member, lastly, was invited to a final round interview. At the Final Round interview, there were four candidates who each had four 30 minute interviews with different team members in the Chicago office.

Interview
Behavioural phone interview - applied through the online job portal. Took about a month for me to be processed through. Interviewed with a Manager in San Francisco. Asked basic behavioural questions: why BlackRock, what my favourite book was, explain some things on my resume, and to explain a time when I failed and a time when I succeeded.
