I applied online. I interviewed at BlackRock (Londres, Inglaterra) in Feb 2022
Interview
Hirevue was an online cover letter with 5 questions and then I had two round of interviews. Superday had 2 30 minute interviews back to back. Neither were very technical interviews.

Question 1
Tell me about a recent piece of news or article that made you excited to apply for this role and/or program at BlackRock
Hirevue recorded interview, I was asked 5 questions and given 2 minutes to prepare for each which was quite a lot of time, pretty standard questions but an annoying process nonetheless.

Question 1
What steps do you take to stay up to date with market trends and decisions? How do you incorporate these actions into your daily routine?
I applied online. The process took 6 months. I interviewed at BlackRock (Singapur) in Oct 2024
Interview
Everyone who applies does a Hirevue, and then 2 months later I got the email for my first interview. It was with two relatively junior employees from the team but another office, they were pleasant and professional. 2 weeks or so later, scheduled the final round interview with the actual team in Singapore (directors). Was ghosted until following up 3 weeks later and HR said I'd been rejected, I think ghosting is standard for them (I have friends who get their rejection emails 2-3 years later)
