Application process was subtmitting a CV then sent a link to a hirevue which had to be done within 5 days, there were no retakes in the hirevue and you had 90 secs to answer
CV and two HireVue questions : What are you passionate about? Why do you want to work at BlackRock?
I heard back pretty quickly after the pre-interview assessment, and got accepted.
First of all, you need to complete the application form. After submitting the application, automatic online interview link comes and then you need to complete that online interview process within 3 days.
