Interview
Frist round in either a HireView or short HR phone call. Then the second round is with two people at same time (associate and director) for about thirty minutes. Followed by an hour long interview with two directors.

They asked me, “Why did you choose BlackRock, and how does our purpose align with your professional values?”
The interview went well but for some reason i was not selected, maybe i was not the suitable for the job role they had. The process had 3 rounds aptitude, technical and hr round.
