The HireVue interview process was well-designed and efficient. It provided the candidate with a modern, flexible platform to showcase their qualifications and potential. The pre-recorded video format allowed for thoughtful responses to thought-provoking questions. While different from traditional interviews, this approach gave the applicant an equal opportunity to present themselves effectively. The user-friendly interface and clear instructions made the experience smooth and accessible. Overall, the HireVue system appeared to be a fair and innovative method for initial candidate assessment.
After application submission was the hire vue - a set of two or three questions where you have to record yourself talking to the screen for up to three minutes
It was a straightfoward process, hirevue consisted of 2 questions, then had my final interview with a director a few weeks after i submitted my hirevue. They described what they do. The interview was conversational
