Interview
2 video interviews, 4 questions each. First round really general and personal questions. The second round was more challenging, with rather technical questions as well.
Little hint: In the preparation time, when the question already popped up, you can turn off your wifi connection, to have more time to think about an answer. Once you start talking, the internet connection must hold, otherwise an incomplete answer will be submitted.
HireVue then 3 part superday. All interviews were a mix of technical and behavioral but mostly behavioral and market-based. Interviews were over a 4 hour period and with employees from different offices

Interview
The Hirevue questions were all behavioral, no tell me about yourself or why blackrock. Questions were pretty simple. Prepare a financial news story you are following because they will ask you that.
Hireview is preparation and then one time recording, which is from memory 3 minutes long. There was only 3 questions for me and most of it related to the role instead of purely just asking why blackrock or why this role.
