Round via teams. One interviewer was VP level and the other Analyst. I was interviewing for the Associate role. Length of the interview was 30 minutes, although it extended to 45 minutes with the Analyst dropping out in between as she has another meeting. They didn't follow up with rejection, just ghosted. Typical of BlackRock.
