BlackRock Client Businesses- IShares interview questions

Quick interview process. Consisted of a preliminary round of 3 short pre-recorded interview questions to answer on HireVue; what's a recent piece of news that you've read about and how that would affect Blackrock's clients, describe a time you had to overcome difficulty, and describe a time you had to convince others of your idea/opinion. Heard back about a week later about first-round interviews. First- round interviews consisted of 2 face-to-face 30 mins video interviews. Interviewers were very friendly. Questions were completely focused around CV and personal experiences.
