BlackRock Multi Asset Client Solutions (PAG) interview questions

The interview was purely a fit interview, but that might have been because it was just the first round. But there was not a single technical or finance based question, which was surprising for such a finance heavy job. But the interviewer just wanted to know about why I chose the college I am currently attending and what is the most difficult thing I have faced in my life and why I want to work in the financial services industry.
