Interview
The whole process was very positive and pleasant. Everyone will make you feel at ease and make you comfortable.so don't worry. I applied online and was then called for first round interviews. It was by phone and consisted of two 20-25 mints interviews. Both my interviewers introduced themselves very well (much better than i have heard anytime) and asked me a few competency questions. It was more like a casual talk. The usual competency questions like why blackrock, why technology, why this role. Then I was called for an assesment centre which was held at their office.I think about 8 candidates wee present. First round was a reasoning/numerical test from shl. I found it a bit harder than the usual ones though. There were a lot of questions with shapes and their rotations, as well as jumbling alphabets. The next round was a group exercise where we were given a topic about aladdin and asked to discuss about it. About 3 employees watched us during this exercise the end of which everyone should present their view points and answer questions. Then the last round - 2 more interviews. Both of them were competency based with some technical element. You can expect the same questions from the first round repeated again asking you to go into more detail.

Question 1

I interviewed with 4 people, two at a time. The first two asked me team oriented questions and the last two asked me knowledge based questions that would be needed for the role.
