Video Submissions, that ask you fairly basic questions regarding your interest in the position and the company, you have a set amount of time to read the question and structure your answer, when the timer ends your video submission begins and you have to record.
I made it to the final round interview for the credit team in NYC. I was asked more behavioral questions than technical, which was odd. I would prep for both types of questions and review the teams that are interviewing you. Some of them do not have linkedln profiles which is weird, so I would research them online if they do not.

All online recordings. Very clear instructions and simple interface. Plenty of prep time before each question - around three minutes to prepare plus an option to record a practice answer.
