Applied online and then they asked me to do a video interview. Three behavioral questions. You have 2 minutes to prepare for each and 1.5 minutes to answer. Questions include why did you choose this university and why this major, why this position and when do you think you are innovative. They gave you 1 week to prepare for this video. The total time is about 10 minutes.
