BlackRock Summer Analyst interview questions

First round was simple behavioral and get to know manager. It is friendly and mainly talking about interests and what the team is looking for and what you can contribute. Next is straight to final round which is a 3 hour super day which has 3 separate back to back interviews.

Standard motivational/behavioural hirevue. 2 Questions that vary year-to-year but are the same for all hirevues in the same year. Had to complete two different hirevues for my two different divisions which I thought was pointless
