BlackRock Summer Intern interview questions

Blackrock sends a Hirevue right after application (needs to be completed in 5 days) The hirevue includes three questions in total, with 3 mins prep time and 1.5 mins answer time for each question.

Half a year from hirevue to first round, couple of days after first round to get second round, and then interestingly kind of a long waiting period of a month even after final superday to get outcome.. This applied for all of my friends who got to this stage and we all got rejected Interviewers were more or less chill, associates especially from first round were very kind and asked mostly behaviourals. they had people not from the same country interview for first round which is interesting.
