I applied through college or university. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at Boeing (Austin, TX) in Sep 2013
Interview
I was hired through the college program since I interned the summer after my Junior year of college. The intern interview process was pretty average. We had an in-person 2-person panel interview at our business school and then a super short, 15-minute follow-up phone interview a month later. The process was kinda slow and dragged on over 2-3 months.

Question 1
Describe a time you faced a problem and how did you go about fixing the problem?
First round was a basic screening with an HR rep. I was invited to an on-site round with the Hiring Manager, another manager, and the lead. I don't remember the questions, but I remember that they were not hard. The interview was relatively easy. I received an offer, accepted, and worked there for about 2 years.
Interviewed with multiple people at once. Was overall a positive experience. Lots of follow up questions were asked -it felt like the interviewers were genuinely interested in getting to know you
There were three rounds of interviews with recruiter and managers followed by one final interview with executives. No assignments or briefings required as part of interviews. Overall process was around a month.
