Utilize the STAR method, depending on how the conversation goes just ensure you provide an adequate amount of information in your stories you're going to be telling to hit some of the requirements they're looking for (look at the job description and use the same verbiage). Try to think of a story that can be applicable to multiple behavioral questions they ask.

Question 1
Tell me a time you had to resolve a conflict with a coworker?
It was done virtually with HR department and the teams manager. They asked a series of questions including technical and hypothetical. Also wanted to know salary range. It was very professional and fair.
The interview was ok and but I didn’t get the job but hopefully I can in the future when an opportunity arises again. Also I believe I will gain more experience and hopefully be able to land the next job.

Interview
STAR interview that look about 30 minutes. Two interviewers took turns asking questions and they look notes on a computer during the process. At the end there was a brief period to ask them questions about the company.
