I applied through college or university. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at Boeing (Salt Lake City, UT) in Nov 2023
Interview
It was a walk in introduction interview at a national convention for a student organization I was in. I had to wait in line and then talked to them at their booth during the career fair interview process. The process was easy and when it was your turn to speak you would discuss potential fields im interested in.

Asking about willingness to relocate, prior work experience, start date. Then a series of personality type questions to see if youre a good fit for them. The interviewer was responding to emails the entire time.
