I applied online. I interviewed at Boeing (Everett, WA) in Apr 2023
Interview
Interview questions for this position and were mostly project based, e.g. "What would you do if you were late on a deliverable to a customer?". The interview made clear this position would be at least partly customer-facing.

Question 1
"What would you do if you were late on a deliverable to a customer?"
Interview consisted of a video assessment through Hirevue. They don't use the AI portion and they allow you to do three video takes for each question they ask before submitting. That made it a lot easier to relax and concentrate on your answers knowing that you had three tries.
I applied online. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at Boeing (California, PA) in Jun 2024
Interview
I’m really disappointed with my recent experience with Boeing's recruitment process. Despite providing my time zone, my interview was scheduled incorrectly based on their time zone, causing me to miss it. When I confronted the recruiter, he claimed it was a mistake on both ends. When I asked to reschedule the interview, he did not although it was his mistake to begin with. To make matters worse, they took down my application without addressing their error. This level of unprofessionalism and lack of accountability is unacceptable. I'm relieved I won’t be working in such a toxic environment. I know I deserve better than Boeing.
