Like filling out a DMV form. Not related to real job execution at all. Mostly sociological questions about whether this or that aspect checks off whatever new buzz words that was learned at the latest seminar.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
What did you learn in university that directly affected your job
The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Boeing (Renton, WA) in Feb 2023
Interview
i got call back from email saying that i have chance to meet up with recuiter, it was fine and questions were straight forward, not a lot of technical questions but its good to prepare for it
The interview process involved a phone screen with a fantastic recruiter who put the needs of the individual first and then sought to find a good fit. The second interview included a panel of interviewers who each took turns asking questions. Boeing has a specific way they want you to respond to their questions, but they provide a PDF of what to expect and give you the resources ahead of time so that you can be successful.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
The interviewers specifically ask that you not share specific questions, as they want to keep their questions internal. However, one of the off-script questions that was asked was a character/personality question regarding the question of being stuck on an island. They wanted candidates to think outside of the box, which was respectable.
