The interview took about 30 minutes. The interview, I felt, was split into 3 parts, The first part was to talk bout yourself. This is a good opportunity to really break the ice and ensure that your interviewer remembers you. The next part involved basic questions. They then gave me some time to ask question at the end.

I applied through college or university. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Boeing (Seattle, WA)

Spoke with them at my university career fair and was subsequently emailed about an interview a few days later. Had just one interview - 2 on 1 - over zoom, their cameras were off, mine was on. Behavioral interview and they asked you to respond in STAR format. All the basic interview questions. Heard back about 3 1/2 weeks later with an offer

The first round was an online/recorded interview process. It was really off-putting. I thought it went really well, but apparently it did not. They didn't have the decency to respond back for another like 8 weeks.
