Boeing interview questions

The interview process was relatively straight forward. Make sure to review the pdf pamphlet that HR/Hiring Manager emails to you as it gives key components on how to prepare for your virtual interview through Webex. The interview is based off the STAR (Situation, Task, Action, and Result) methods.

I had an interview panel consisting of four people from the team that was looking to hire, with two main interviewers. The interview involved scenario based questions that were slightly more nuanced than I had expected but themes were pretty consistent with the usual communication skills, work prioritisation, diversity, conflict management etc. Hiring manager was very supportive and friendly.
