I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Boeing (São José dos Campos, ) in Nov 2025
Interview
The process started with a quick phone screen with HR to check basics. A few days later, I was invited to a Microsoft Teams panel interview with three engineering managers. The interview was strictly structured around behavioral questions, and it is essential to answer using the STAR method (Situation, Task, Action, Result). The interviewers were professional and focused on understanding my past experiences regarding conflict resolution, data analysis, and technical challenges.
Be prepared to use the STAR method for every answer. They are very specific about wanting to know the 'Action' you took and the 'Result' achieved. Review your past projects focusing on times you dealt with data analysis and conflicts.
