Boeing interview questions

Pretty straightforward interview process. Had a large number of candidates interviewing for multiple positions. Asked standard interview questions during the one interview I had. Was offered a job within a week of the interview.

I was assigned a short take-home assignment on third-party partnerships, which was clear and manageable. I moved on to a second-round interview with a Director and two managers. The questions focused mostly on my assignment, my experience in partnerships and networking, and my background and training for the role. There were about five questions in total, and the interview lasted around 45 minutes. The team was friendly and professional, though the tone felt a bit formal and structured. One area for improvement would be clearer communication about next steps. I was told there would likely be another round, but the position was filled soon after. Overall, it was an easy and organized process, reflective of a large corporate environment.
