I applied through college or university. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Boeing (Bengaluru) in Mar 2025
Interview
I landed the interview via on campus placement process through my college. There was an OA round and I was shortlisted based on merit and CV. There were two panelists, it was an offline interview with one of the panelists being my future manager. The interview started with basic questions to get to know the candidate (me) and then proceeded to technical questions. There was no HR round, only one technical round where core mechanical engineering questions were asked. Overall, a very chill experience but experience largely depends on panel and panelists. My peers had hard time with their panelists grilling them about their projects and what not. I wasn't asked a single question from my projects but I'd recommend people reading this to brush up on their projects thoroughly.

In the technical round I was asked to draw the SFD and BMD of a simply supported beam with a point load at the center and then with a pure bending moment added at the center.

Very straightforward interview if you are familiar with government contracts regulated by TINA and DFARS. If non-government RFPs are your background I would recommend reading up on government contract laws & regulations
