The interview was entirely behavioral and did not feel like a conversation at all. I answered a question in one of my earlier responses and was forced to repeat/come up with another way of saying the same thing. The interview lasted about an hour, and felt rather awkward and impersonal most of the time. My resume was glanced at, but no questions were asked about it.

Question 1
They were all typical behavioral questions... Tell me about a time you overcame a struggle, what can you offer etc.
I applied online and was invited for in person interview. The first interview was a STAR format with a panel of two; hiring manager and HR. I had a great experience. I passed! Unfortunately, they went on a hiring freeze. I was told that it will be pending but nothing has been changed since then, almost a year.

I applied online. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at Boeing
Interview
I applied online and was scheduled for an interview on campus. I was extended a contingent offer, but after two months of thinking I had the job my security background check came back and they retracted the offer. The annoying part is that they had the information that prevented me from being eligible at the start of the application process but they didn't bother screen me before the back ground check. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. Now I am left to scramble to find plans for this summer. Do not apply for Boeing if you have ANY criminal history. They will likely offer you a job if you are qualified, and then dismiss you after wasting two months of your time.
