Boeing interview questions

After completing the STAR system, I received a phone interview with the manager and 4 other functional managers. Very casual, lasted about 30 minutes. Asked typical HR interview questions. Waiting a week to initially hear that they decided to continue with another candidate. Surprisingly, three months later received a phone call asking if I was still interested in the position.

The questions asked were mainly behavioral questions and expected me to answer in the STAR format. It was a structured interview. For example, they asked me to describe the most challenging project I worked on, what did I do and what was the results.
