Boeing interview questions

Second interview was with two people and as others have said it uses the STAR format. Questions were job description related. Everyone was very nice.

I got to the first step, the phone interview. I generally find phone interviews to be more awkward than face to face interviews and this one was even more so because she put me on mute while I was answering questions. It felt like I was talking into an abyss. The interviewer was really nice however and only asked 4 really general questions.
