Video recorded interview. Did not have any interaction with the recruiter. Very short and limited time given to answer questions. Not very clear instructions prior to the interview process. I would prefer to meet fae-to-face over a call rather than pre-recorded answers.

How do you keep up with information security trends?
HR interview checking if you are somewhat qualified - not too hard. Than interview with hiring manager and lead engineer to see your skills, experience, and fit for team - average difficulty.
Start with recruiter screening, then hiring managers accompany by a couple others (TL, adjacent Manager, maybe executives). Questions are STAR format. I believe the purpose is to see if you can vibe with the team.
