Boeing interview questions

I was contacted by Boeing via email to set up an interview (Structured). I had never done an interview that was structured, therefore even thou they sent a sheet prior to that date that gave 1 structured type question as a example, it would prove to one of the hardest interviews ever. The interview latest 1 hour and it will leave you wondering since you answer the questions based on the star approach, yet most people normally answer questions based on the question and generally just tell the story or what happened, not really thinking about Situation, Task, Action , Results. I interviewed a week ago and have heard nothing back, so I move forward to another interview, another company. Since they interview based on STAR, I am sure it is based on a point system, so it will not matter how good you are in your field, how many degrees or certifications you have in your field nor how many years you have been in your field, it will solely be based on how good you can score, so for those who are not good with taking test, saying the rights words or not use to interviewing allot ( because you have been in the same company for years), all I can say is "Candidate beware"......
