Quick to setup phone interview. The interview went well and they asked basic questions about my experience and knowledge. It appeared to me that they had already made a decision before the interview even started, simply based upon my cv. They were professional and HR followed up one week later.

Interview
1) Applied online for an available position via the Boeing Careers Website
2) Received a phone interview about a week after the application closed. The phone interview lasted about 30 minutes and was on a conference call with 4 employees
3) Made it to second round - in person interview scheduled a few weeks after the phone interview. Interview was done by 4 people in the department
4) Offer made after a few weeks

Boeing has taken significant effort to make the hiring process equal for all applicants. The 'good 'ol boy' network is there, but no where near how it used to be. Jobs are applied for online, and easy to search for. Interviews stay pretty much along the lines of the job posting; no surprises,
