Submitted app online. Chosen for interview, which was in person with 4 individuals. Received offer in one week. The interview was a structured interview in which all the same questions were asked of each applicant. . Above all, talk to the office admin staff as much as you can. They will typically be responsible for scheduling the interviews, excorting you in and out, making the arrangements, etc. Make their job easy, and express your appreciation. Be sure to include them in your thank you notes, at a minimum via email. If you are called back, be sure to let them know, etc. As you walk in or check in for the interview, ask them how long they have been with the company or in the group. If everal years, the group is stable, if not, ask more questions, how they chose the position, etc. These folks can also give you info about the culture, dress code of the group and the people you will be meeting with, etc.
