I applied online. I interviewed at Boeing (Denver, CO)
Interview
I participated in one virtual interview. there were two interviews and the interview was behavioral. Nothing out of the ordinary. Focused on background and interest in the position. Important to know why you want the position and why you would be suited for the role.
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Boeing (Seúl) in Sep 2023
Interview
Phone screening -> Technical interview (virtual) - Structural interview (on-site)
Phone screenings are conducted without prior notice, so it's important to have a clear understanding of the job description (JD) and your thoughts well-organized. Personally, I found the JD for this position to be quite vague, making it difficult to fully grasp the expectations. During the interview, I got the impression that even the interviewers themselves were unsure about the specific tasks they would assign to the person who gets the role. The technical interview was relatively easier compared to other companies. The structured interview is conducted in both English and Korean.
