I applied online. I interviewed at Boeing in Jun 2023
Interview
On-site interview fairly easy. No technical questions but just asked about my previous projects. Lasted about an hour and was able to get an acceptance letter a few weeks later.

I applied through college or university. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at Boeing in Apr 2024
Interview
The interview questions were fine and focused on team dynamics and thinking through the engineering design process, but didn't allow much room to talk myself and my career journey. The interview was hosted by a panel of different engineer leads from various teams within the specific location.

Interview
A phone screening was the first step and once passed, a panel of 3-4 interviewers including hiring manager and manufacturing team asked behavioral/technical questions over the Webex software. 3 questions were asked, STAR formatting was used. No cameras on, had cameras on initially but they told me I didn't need to have it on. A month went by with several emails to recruiters asking a status and was finally rejected via typical rejection email.
