Boeing Procurement Agent interview questions

Boeing uses the STAR method. It’s outdated and not really great. I was interviewed in a panel of 4 senior managers. One actually used the STAR method. The other 3 did not.

Starts with a quick phone interview which is a good time to ask questions about the position. Next comes an in person interview (might be zoom now after Covid) which is entirely based on STAR method. Questions asked are generic, and always about previous experience. Such as “tell us a time when…..” you can fill in the blank with the normal interview questions.
